TRACK & FIELD

After two days at Claremont Classic Decathalon/Heptathlon meet, Caltech junior, Zack Higbee from Tampa, FL and senor, Rene Davis from Corona, CA finished in 5th and 3rd place respectively with PR's across the board. 

In the men's decathalon, Higbee had decathlon PR's in every event while competing against two Olympic caliber athletes. Higbee broke the 13 foot mark in the pole vault with a vault of 13 feet 1 and 1/2 inches.

Total: 5110 points

After two days in the women's heptathlon, Davis bettered he point total by 545 over  her early attempt at Cal State Northridge on March 20 and 21.

DAY ONE:
100 Hurdles - 17.57
High Jump -  5' 1"
