Joshua Moser is in his fifth season with the Caltech water polo programs.

His experience includes over a decade at the club, high school and collegiate levels. He served as an assistant coach for the San Gabriel Valley Mid Valley club where he helped develop the program from under 20 members to over 150 while qualifying teams in five different age brackets for the Junior Olympics national championship tournament. Moser has also coached at nearby high school programs La Canada HS and Flintridge Preparatory School.

In 2011 he guided the Beavers men's water polo squad to their first wins since the 2004 season. During the 2012 women's water polo season, Moser help guide to team to a No. 10 national ranking early in the season.

He was the leading scorer and a four-year letterman at his alma mater, Occidental College, where he earned a degree in history.  Moser was also an outstanding swimmer and all-CIF water polo player at Carlsbad High School where he began his coaching career in 2000.
